Post-filling, cans can be packed into cardboard trays, have Paktech handles applied, and individual trays can be shrink-wrapped through a bundler before being palletized and wrapped. Tray coding is also an option.

Energy drinks, carbonated soft drinks (CSDs), functional beverages, and agua frescas are within our area of expertise. Teas and juices that require a tunnel pasteurizer are also within our capabilities.
Filling Capabilities
We solely run 12 oz sleek cans and 12 oz standard aluminum cans.
The canning line is capable of filling carbonated beverages and still beverages. Our carbonation limit is 4 volumes of CO2. Drinks without carbonation are dosed with liquid nitrogen (LN2) to pressurize the can.
After seaming, cans pass through a low-fill detector and are coded according to the client’s specifications.

Liquid and Juice Repackaging
In addition to filling aluminum cans, we also offer repacking services of bulk liquid into pails, drums, totes, bins, and tankers. We repack juice from drums, totes, and bins into tankers on a weekly basis.
Bulk storage of juices and other food-grade liquids is another service offered.
